Outlook not syncing - Software Applications - Spiceworks Community I have one user that has an issue with outlook desktop not syncing with their iPhone If put an appointment on the iPhone it will sync with outlook desktop but if I put an appointment on the desktop it wont sync with the iPhone I have deleting the OST file and add and remove the profile Removing the profile and adding a new one was working for a while but it would go back to not syncing
