Re: Stopwatch time frustrations The fix is usually the Custom Format route: right-click the cells > Format Cells > Custom, then type in mm:ss 000 That usually stops the auto-conversion dead in its tracks i would recommend to use thekronometre com It handles the millisecond precision so you don't have to wrestle with cell formatting
